Finally, there will be a follow-up session to ensure you and/or your team executes and to provide any further assistant

Onboarding
- Brand Overhaul: during the brand overhaul, we would walk through your entire brand processes and the vision you have for your brand and try to see if that is what you're currently building or executing
- Brand Detox: Identifying the problem & Talking through things and working through how to get clear on your brand positioning and messaging.
At the end of this session, you would have identified the loopholes in your brand messaging, positioning, and offers that are making it difficult for you to communicate and connect to your audience.
Pre-Session Tasks
- You will be given walkthrough tasks to help you prepare for our 5 hours session
- Tasks will include but not be limited to conducting certain research and findings and proving the information that will be useful during the session
- You will be provided to short a video(s) on how to execute the tasks to be given during or after the onboarding call

My process IS SIMPLE. Once you get into the deep dive, you get to schedule your onboarding call that will help me understand what you’re trying to achieve, then I tweak the program outline to suit your needs and we create your plan to go through the session with me.
After the onboarding call, you will get pre-session tasks and then we will schedule the session, brainstorm, review and work on your brand messaging, positioning, offers, and marketing strategy and you will get you implementation guide and follow up plan.
