The Founder and CEO of Digital Creator Chic Enterprise, Lucky Elohor, has announced the launch of the G.R.O.W., an initiative aimed at empowering African entrepreneurs across the globe to build thriving businesses and solid brands.
G.R.O.W. which stands for Growth, Resourcefulness, Ownership, and Wins, cuts across five different subsections, including the G.R.O.W. Challenge, G.R.O.W. Circle, G.R.O.W. Conference, G.R.O.W. Initiative, and G.R.O.W. Talent.
The G.R.O.W. Conference was born out of Lucky Elohor’s vision from God in 2021, which started as a 14-day Instagram Live series “Emerging the Digital Space as a Newbie Creator” with 13 guests across different fields of expertise, and was later changed to Launch Like A ROCKSTAR – L-LAR in 2022.
G.R.O.W. is designed to provide African entrepreneurs with the resources and opportunities they need to monetize, sell confidently and show up differently so that they can build businesses that will outlive them and go beyond just the internet.
Currently, three of the G.R.O.W. subsections have launched, including;
The G.R.O.W. Challenge; a 14-day challenge aimed at empowering entrepreneurs to find their unique message and voice, and positioning. Doors to the challenge open twice a year (in April/May and October/November).
The G.R.O.W. Circle; an invite-only inner circle designed to bring entrepreneurs who have clarity on their brand message and positioning together to share their knowledge and experiences, provide accountability and support through business challenges, and ultimately, provide an avenue for growth for everyone.

So, I tried to figure out so many things on my own, from researching online to attending multiple free events and conferences and taking several online courses and training…
…BUT it was tough because most of these things were focused on several topics and can hardly find someone to guide you through especially if you cannot afford it and you have to figure your way through and try to put all pieces together if you truly want to G.R.O.W.
That is why I’m excited to launch the G.R.O.W. Conference, which is designed to provide African entrepreneurs with the resources and opportunities they need to build, grow and excel in their businesses and build solid brands so they don’t have to go through the same struggles that I went through.”
